Property Management Referral Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Competition Period: The competition runs from 28th March 2025 to 30th June 2025.
   2. Eligibility:
      • The competition is open to existing clients, new clients, and referrals.
      • To qualify, a property must have a signed management agreement by 30th June 2025.
      • All management agreements must be signed at full standard agency fees with no discounts to be eligible.
   3. How to Enter:
      • Refer a friend who signs a new management agreement with Ray White Flagstaff Hill.
      • Bring over another one of your investment properties and sign a new management agreement.
      • Sign up a property for the first time under our management.
   4. Prize Details:
      • Each successful sign-up goes into the draw to win a $1,000 Visa Gift Card.
      • The draw will take place in the first week of July 2025, and the winner will be contacted directly and posted on our social pages.
   5. General Conditions:
      • The property management agreement must remain active for at least 12 months.
      • If the agreement is terminated within 12 months, the prize may be revoked.
      • Ray White Flagstaff Hill reserves the right to verify all entries and eligibility.
